Applications are invited for the above post to work as a research assistant on the B-SIDE project which aims to automatically generate security policies for container-based applications. The position duration is 18 weeks.
You will join a small team within APT headed by Pierre Olivier. The APT group is a vibrant community of interdisciplinary researchers working on future many-core architectures and software, collaborating with industry partners.
The successful candidate is expected to be (or about to be) qualified to Bachelor/Master level. Good knowledge regarding the Linux kernel and x86-64 assembly is highly desirable.
Furthermore, knowledge of disassembly/retro-engineering/binary analysis tools, and systems security is desirable but not mandatory.
