The University of Manchester has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join a new project team helping to coordinate and support the £7m NERC funded Digital Solutions Programme.
We are looking to appoint four post-doctoral researchers with backgrounds in the areas of environmental data services and decision support systems with experience of working across multi-disciplinary networks. You will be working with a mixture of academics, other post-doctoral researchers, software engineers and a broad user community and working closely with the Programme leader, Professor Richard Kingston. When we are fully up and running the team will consist of a further 8 academics, a project manager plus 14 research and software development staff directly employed by the programme.
