The Manchester Centre for Health Psychology and Centre for Primary Care seek a full-time Research Associate from 1st January 2022 for 2 years. Funding is available to undertake this post on a full-time basis, but job-share or part-time working applications would be welcome.

The University Principal Investigator is Professor Kevin Munro.  This post will be appointed in the Behavioural Science work package under the line management of Christopher Armitage and Paul Wilson. The key purpose of this post is to provide high quality project management for FAMOUS project, ensuring delivery key tasks in a timely and rigorous fashion and to a strict timetable and budget. This will involve extensive liaison with the project team and collaborators.

You will have, or be about to receive, a PhD in health psychology or relevant health services research. You will have significant demonstrable previous experience in behavioural science and advanced mixed-methods research skills relevant to the research theme, including the use of the appropriate software packages. The successful candidate will have a track record in the delivery of high-quality papers in peer reviewed journals.
