The Henry Royce Institute (Royce), an EPSRC-funded national institute, supports advanced materials research and innovation. The Events and Meetings Coordinator will be expected to play a strong, supporting role in enabling meeting, event and engagement activities in the Royce Hub Building and act as a first point of contact for administrative matters connected to events. You will be instrumental in supporting a diverse range of research communities, both internally and externally alongside the Royce Partner institutions and industry connections, and require a strong understanding of customer service and operational activity.

Royce is an evolving, dynamic organisation and you will therefore need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, working alongside the Hub team based at Manchester. You will have administrative and management experience gained from a similar role within higher education, along with excellent organisational and planning skills for working under pressure and to strict deadlines. An undergraduate degree, or equivalent qualification, is a prerequisite.
