The International Office leads on overseas recruitment activities and the conversion of international students. As part of this role, you will deal with a wide range of enquiries from key stakeholders including prospective students and their influencers (parents, School Counsellors, and others) and provide administrative support for the core activities of the International Recruitment team, including booking and payment of overseas events. You will also liaise closely with overseas recruitment agents, supporting them to complete application and registration processes accurately. ​​​​​​​

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of dealing with a high volume of enquiries on diverse topics, signposting to sources of advice and guidance with high levels of customer focus
  • Experience of working in a process driven, team environment, with a proven ability to effectively support colleagues
  • Outstanding communication skills, demonstrating an ability to deal with a wide range of people with cross-cultural awareness
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy work environment which frequently involves strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, including numeracy and IT skills
  • Flexible, responsive, positive approach
