
The University invites applications from members of staff of the University (academic and/or Professional Services) for the position of ITL Fellow (Service Learning/Community Engaged Learning). We are seeking colleagues who are committed to improving education and student experiences at the University of Manchester. The ITL Fellow appointed will work as part of the wider teaching and learning community to enhance teaching, learning and the student experience at the University with a particular focus on Service Learning/Community-Engaged Learning. The role will have a commitment of up to 0.4 FTE. However, we may be able to offer the role to multiple candidates, with a minimum commitment of 0.2 FTE per individual, depending on availability and expertise. This role is open to current University employees and may be undertaken on a secondment basis through a partial buyout from other activities or an increase in FTE for the duration of the project if on a part-time substantive contract. The aim is for the role to start in September 2025.
