The Division of Human Communication, Development and Hearing, within the School of Health Sciences, seek to appoint a full time Senior Lecturer or Lecturer in Language and Communicative Development. You should hold a relevant PhD or equivalent, and have research interests and high quality publications in the study of typical language and communicative development in young children with an interest in extending this to one or more atypical groups.
The purpose of the post is to deliver high quality research in children’s language and communicative development and to make a substantial contribution to teaching activities in relevant key areas. You will lead and contribute to the research group themes and provide excellent teaching. There will be a requirement to attract significant research income, to produce high quality, high impact outputs and to develop the profile of our research on a global scale.
